This studio has just been completely renovated. Tastefully decorated, it is comfortable and well-equipped. You’ll love the neighborhood.
Just 2 minutes from shops and the Neimeyer area, 5 minutes from the tram, and 10 minutes from the beach and La Catène.
The neighborhood is lively and pleasant—you can do everything on foot.
Street parking is free on the streets to the sides of the studio and in the back. Parking is metered right in front from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM, but free on Sundays and holidays.
