Amazing beach hotel with modern Balinese touch and the only one with an actual gym on the rooftop.

Relaxing, wonderful, and exactly what I needed.

The villa was spotless and looked exactly like the photos , no surprises, just as promised. It was quiet, peaceful, and the perfect escape. The pool? Unreal. Super clean and just the right temperature. The view from the room was stunning — the kind that makes you pause. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the owner was lovely too. Gym facilities were solid, which was a nice bonus.

I wish they offered food on-site. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, but hey, I’m on vacation, I’d rather someone else do the cooking! Still, that’s just a preference, not a complaint.

A gem of a place

Great pool, and this is one of very few properties in the area with a gym (with a view!). For the price, this place exceeds expectations, it’s a hidden gym with the loveliest staff with their bright smiles and cheery attitude - I have stayed a number of times and will keep coming back! A hidden gem and must stay.

We loved our stay here in a brand bew building with a lovely outdoor space and pool. The bedroom was spacious and had all the basics. The staff were wonderful and we were so happy to have found such a nice place to stay. There is also a small comunal kitchen and gym which we did not use, but this place is great value for money and the location is good.

Highly recommend for a peaceful, modern, stylish, private gym and pool.

Highly recommend - was exactly what we needed after travelling around so much, peaceful, quiet, great food in the neighbourhood. The gym was modern but modest but we always had it to ourselves. The pool was the same, such a nice place to cool off and just sit back. I think the place is new so maybe doesn’t have a lot of reviews but it was our favourite stay of our trip to Bali. The care and attention that’s been put into not only building it but keeping it in good condition is very noticeable and we really enjoyed how friendly and helpful the staff were for our whole stay. After staying in 5 areas of Bali, this was finally the Bali we were after.

Very nice property with a few exceptions.

The building and the rooms were new construction and excellent condition. The pool was first rate and the grounds were beautiful. The staff was exceptional throughout!

We thought the bed was a little uncomfortable and the pillows were not very soft. Wasn’t terrible but could have been a much nicer experience with a better bed and pillows. The walk to the beach was a workout up and down steep road for about 450-500 meters. Number 1 and only major complaint. No water pressure! Like showering in a gentle spring rain maybe.

Not for you unless you are young,fit and a surfer

Room was comfortable and clean when we arrived. Unfortunately no room service during our stay. On our third day I asked if we could.d have clean towels but was told that because of the religious celebration that weekend we would.d have to wait till the next day. The hotel is at the end of a treacherous unfinished bit of road. Difficult to traverse in the dark after being out to eat,as we had to do as there is no catering. There is a basic shared mini kitchen, but nowhere to buy food to cook, unless you can get a taxi. The pool is nice and there is a gym. I would say this place is not suitable for anyone on the wrong side of 55, or who doesn't surf or ride a motorbike or scooter. As it is we gave up after 3 days and checked out, having booked in Seminyak. We naturally did not get back the money paid for the last three days.

Some house keeping would have helped.

I was lucky to have a special discount price from booking and for that value the quality was perfect. The upper floor rooms have a nice view of palm trees and a bit even the sea (you can’t see the wave). It’s a very good plus that you have a gym area outside and inside which is great for doing your exercises and the view is great as it’s the top floor. It has also a big dining table and common kitchen. Kitchen is basic. Room is clean and spacious with enough furniture to keep your stuff. Bathroom is tiny, but has hot water. Staff is super friendly always welcoming you with a smile.

Pressure of the water was not the best. I wish there was mosquito net on the bed or on the windows, but it’s a general thing which is missing always almost from every indo Accomodation, I don’t know why.

Relaxing disconnection in the middle of nature and Balinese people

Very nice and clean accomodation with comfortable bed. The gym is superb. Arya, Dandi and Riyan will take good care of you, they are very kind and sweet. The beach is very near, but good only for sufers, there is a river flowing into the sea and you can swim there when the current is not strong.

The area of Balian is very calm and not very touristy, in case you don’t ride a scooter there not much to do, take that in consideration.

Нас никто не встретил,грубо говоря мы жили на ресепшене два часа,потом вышли трое пацанов из одной комнаты и удосужились нас заселить Никто не убирался за три дня никто не интересовался нашим существованием в отеле.

Gutes Preis Leitungsverhältnis!

-Super günsrig und zentral gelegen -ganz neu mit tollem Fitnessbereich -tolle Aussicht

Leider war niemand da als wir um 14:00 zum Check in kamen und mussten erst lange nach jemandem suchen. Da wir mit Baby reisen, war das für uns leider etwas stressig. Außerdem hatte uns niemand auf unsere Nachrichten vorher geantwortet, wo wir unsere Ankunftszeit mitgeteilt haben. Die Straße hoch zur Unterkunft war so schlecht dass unser Transport sie nicht geschafft hat. Könnte aber sein dass das mittlerweile behoben wurde. Die Zimmer sind relativ einfach eingerichtet aber für den Preis wirklich okay.

比較的新しくビーチに近い清潔感のある宿サーファー目線の作り、フィットネスやスケボーの貸し出しサーフボードの貸し出しなどサーファーにはいい宿だと思う。

部屋の換気が悪いせいかモルタルの臭いなのか部屋全体が臭う。バスルームもその臭いが気になりタオルも不快だった。逆を言えばその点が改善されたらもっとハイスコア。予約時に3部屋予約したが2部屋しか用意がないと連絡されその点承諾したが、改めて宿に行くとブッキングドットコムの提示額より高い額で2部屋分支払いさせられた挙句メールにお客様がいらっしゃらなかったとホテルからブッキングに連絡があったと送られてきたが、実際は2部屋を提示額以上支払い宿泊した。

Séjour très agréable

Hôtel à la déco moderne, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel attentionné et extrêmement chaleureux. Un chat adorable du nom de Bomba vient régulièrement dire bonjour c’est un vrai bonheur !! Petit bémol sur la pression de l’eau et l’eau chaude souvent absente. Pour le reste tout a été parfait ! Nous avons passé une semaine sur place :)
