Lovely, traditional Bali huts, but with toxic plastic burning on the property

Typical beach huts with semi-outside bathroom. Very clean. Very warm welcome with personal greeting and fruit and the owner helped us with transportation to next destination. Walk to the beach is not too far.

Please note that Grab bookings aren’t possible in this area!! The main issue that really bothered me was seeing the owner burn large amounts of plastic rubbish right next to our hut in the bushes. This is not okay — it’s extremely harmful to the environment, toxic to breathe, and unpleasant for guests and locals. I advise the owner to help establish a proper waste management system within the local community. We all need to do our part to address the global waste problem...

Great value near the beach!

Super close to the beach and foot spots. Spacious room and bathroom and good AC. Super friendly staff and a nice pool/lounge area. There was also a fridge/separate area which would be handy if you were staying for a long time, however, there was a kettle/jug or anything but I’m sure Ketut would be able to help if you needed equipment.

Nothing, it was fine for me. Some people might not like the rocks in the floor of the shower.

Great stay in Balian. Beautyful garden, nice pool and great staff. Was gonna stay for 2 nights but made it 4. Nice to rent a motorbike and explore the mountains just across the main road!

Green Lagoon is a hidden paradise!

Just 5 minutes from the beach, it’s truly a green, peaceful retreat. The whole place is cared for with love, spotlessly clean, and incredibly quiet. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Perfect for a calm stay near Balian Beach. we’ll definitely be back!

We so much loved staying with Ketut. It is such a beautiful place with a cute garden and a lot of flowers and a pool with view into the green jungle. It's close to the beach and everything was so easy, renting a scooter, Ketut was always there to help and braucht us fresh fruits from the garden. Simply amazing. We will come back for sure.

Nice bungalow in a beautiful garden

What an amazing stay I had! The bungalow was great, spacious room, and a really nice bathroom with pebbles under the shower. Terrace facing a beautiful garden. The owners were lovely. They took me to the local temple on the day of celebrations, I was very happy to experience a piece of authentic Bali culture. The location is also quiet and there's space to park your scooter. If I ever come back to Bali I'll definitely stay there again.

Stuffy, not what we expected.

Location was great

The AC barely worked so we couldn’t sleep, felt lile 28 degrees in the room at night, we got bitten by bed bugs, the bed sheet is made from polyester so was really hot, the sheets didnt smell clean, the floor felt sticky, the shower had really uncomfortable big round stones on which you had to stand,

Fabulous Place

Ketut is the most wonderful host who does everything possible to ensure that you have a memorable stay and have everything you could need. The accommodation is all newly built stand alone bungalows in beautiful gardens. Unbeatable value and one of the nicest places I have stayed in my 30 years of visits to Bali. I spent a very relaxing 8 days with Ketut in lovely laid back Balian. Short walk to the beach or up to the main part of the village.

The host Ketut is extremely friendly, helpful and one of the nicest people we have met during our trip to Indonesia! Offers daily coconuts from the trees in the garden, bananas and water ! We love Ketut!! Matur suksma Ketut Very clean, comfy big beds with a lovely terrace and beautiful garden. There’s also a nice breeze at the accomodation which means you can cool down when it’s hot. Room had great storage and feels very safe with security dog Bobbi 😁

Amazing place, calm, beautiful, and ketut is an amazing host, always offering me coconuts, bananas and mangos. Just a short walk to the beach. If I go back I'm definitely staying there again.

Ruhig, Neubau und die perfekte Unterkunft in Bali

Ein magischer Ort. Ruhig und ein wunderschöner Garten. Alles ist Neu und fantastisch. Ich wollte nur 3 Tage bleiben und habe dann 2-mal meinen Aufenthalt verlängert. Ketu ist ein genialer Gastgeber und mich mich frischen Früchten aus dem Garten immer überrascht.
