Yama Balian

Cosy intimate setting. Tucked just back off the beach with a short walking trail to the beach. All food was healthy and tasty, perfectly presented, the staff were great. We enjoyed the extra options like daily yoga classes and river side massages. Devine getaway.

It’s hard to fault, if you want quiet relaxation this a great hideaway.

Absolutely nothing!

A truly relaxing place in a beautiful setting . The bungalows were calming spaces : cream and serene with rattan and linen furnishings: the outdoor shower and the palms gorgeous. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. The restaurant was a great place to spend time relaxing , and the food excellent: freshly prepared and tasty .

The place is amazing. Serene and very well put together. It was really comfortable to lay back and relax. The staff are also nice and responsive to our needs throughout the stay.

Not a deal-breaker, but we wished there was a kettle provided so that we can have access to hot water throughout the day, especially on colder days during the raining season.

Everything about this hotel is perfection: setting, rooms, staff, restaurant and spa. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect time at Yama Balian. The hotel is so close to the beach, a 2 minute walk through a palm forest and along a small road. The beach itself has gorgeous black, volcanic sand and plenty of driftwood. A great spot to surf and chill out from some of the crowded beaches a bit further along the coast. The rooms are spacious and so thoughtfully designed. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of space. I loved the thoughtful extra touches like bug spray and incense sticks. The bathroom was gorgeous and we loved the outside shower. A lovely touch with the plant and plentiful towels. The pool overlooks the river and the restaurant serves a range of healthy, delicious meals. I'd recommend the tacos! Thank you to the amazing staff who made our trip so perfect.

Hidden gem tucked away in paradise a stone’s throw from the ocean and located on the river. Only recently constructed, JC and the team aim for the highest standards, and it’s the staff that make the place stand out. The rooms are great, the food is outstanding. Yoga shala and teaching was also great.

I loved everything about Yama. The entire property is immaculate and dreamy. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. So much thought has gone into the interior design of these villas! their in house restaurant serves amazing food and I loved our complimentary breakfasts. You can truly relax, surrounded my nature, get a massage beside the water and hear the birds and their yoga studio really made it for me. I loved this place! Balian is also good for a quieter, more genuine experience of Bali

Yama is a little gem in the middle of Balian area, walking distance from Balian Beach. Everything was perfect, from the moment I checked in. Staff and manager are lovely and helfpful, bedroom is decorated with taste. Food at the restaurant is delicious and fresh. I can only recommend this beautiful place to anyone who wants to escape from busy, touristic areas.

Peaceful location, friendly service, amazing food and really incredible design details everywhere.

The breakfast was fresh and delicious! The location was in a quiet, serene place in nature, right next to the river and a 5 minute walk through a beautiful palm tree field to the beach.

Všechno skvělé.Od přírodních produktů hygieny,každodenní doplnění repelentů,architektura,servis až po vybikající kuchyni. Snídaně,večeře,nápoje.Skvělá káva.Vše za nás 5*z 5*.

Příjezdová cesta..ta byla katastrofa ale to je nic oproti tomu co na nás čekalo.Naprostý ráj na zemi.

Das Yama ist eines der besten, wenn nicht die beste Unterkunft in der wir bisher waren. Das Konzept ist einzigartig und perfekt für Entspannung und Genuss an einem wenig touristischen Ort auf Bali. Wirklich alles war traumhaft. Die Häuser/Zimmer sind traumhaft schön, die Terasse davor ebenfalls. Jeden Abend gibt es einen Tee mit Kleinigkeit und der Duft von Räucherstäbchen ist dauerhaft vorhanden und super angenehm. Die Anlage selbst ist genauso schön. Der Pool mit Blick auf den Fluss und das Restaurant mit schöner Musik direkt daneben. Dort gibt es egal für welche Mahlzeit leckeres Essen und leckere Getränke (exklusive). Das inklusive Frühstücksangebot ist auch super und man kann dabei ein Getränk wählen. Sauna mit ColdTub kann man 1x täglich kostenlos nutzen. Die Massagen sind ebenfalls toll. Man könnte noch alles weitere loben (Verkauf von eigenen Produkten / Yoga / usw.). Das Personal ist wahnsinnig herzlich und immer gut gelaunt sowie zuvorkommend! Das ist das allerschönste am Yama! Den Balian Beach mit schwarzem Sand erreicht man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten und unterwegs gibt es auch noch Cafés/Restaurants. Alle unsere Nachfragen und Bitten wurden schnell und unkompliziert beantwortet.
