Good prestations for the price, proximity of the sea
Climatisation was just a fan, not cooling. Room lighting could seriously be optimized, white cold leds are for hospital surgery rooms :-)

There was no curfew on the pool use
Loud guests late at night
Roof leaked rain water above the bed.
