部屋数が多い。チェックインが12時からできる。
エアコンが各部屋に無かった。駐車場への出入がしにくい。調理器がガスコンロ（電気コンロ）が無くIH調理器が1つのみで調理が不便。

麻雀合宿の会場として13人で利用しました。 備え付けの自動雀卓は不具合もなく、快適に動きました。自分でマージャンマットを持ち込みましたがローテーブルでうまくできました。 バーベキューもやりましたが、備え付けの設備で困ることはありませんでした。 寝具はマットレスが分厚くて、寝心地良かったです。 古い家ですが、そこか逆にキャンプ気分で楽しめました。
朝食を作る時に電気器具をいっぺんに使ったらブレーカが落ちました。
