If this property is available you truly lucked out. What a privilege this has been. We are world travelers with lots of experience on airbnb/guest house type of properties and this one by far has been our most incredible experience to date. This superb 110 year old traditional Japanese large home is next to the train station, and convenience stores! Dotonbori, Osaka Castle and many other attractions are within a 20 min train ride. If you are in Osaka with your family, and you value safety, transportation, convenience and peace/quiet after busy hectic days, while living local, this host (Niho) will truly impress you! Her hospitality is second to none, an amazing super hostess! Really loved it here. We were supposed to stay only 3 night and we changed all of our itinerary just to stay as long as her next booking was scheduled for!

Nothing to not like.

Beautiful, traditional Japanese Ryokan-style home with very lovely owner who was very accommodating, but the location was a bit far from the center.

Distance from city center

I’ll never forget staying here! The home was gorgeous and the amenities were amazing. Niko washed our clothes and made us food and drinks and made us feel very welcome.

A little far from the main parts of Osaka but it was quiet and easier enough to get to.

Niho’s house was incredible. It’s beautiful and authentic. She thinks of everything to make sure your stay is welcoming. There was 9 of us including our 6 year old son. Niho made us feel so welcome, making lovely breakfasts, tea in the evenings and helping with laundry.
