Obiekt jest naprawdę zadbany i dopracowany. Wszystko jest bardzo czyste, nowe. Widać, że ktoś bardzo o niego dba. Blisko stacji metra, a jednocześnie z dala od hałaśliwych ulic. W obiekcie jest pralka i wszelkie potrzebne udogodnienia w tym zabawki dla dzieci. Czuliśmy się tu wspaniale i żałowaliśmy, że nie byliśmy tu dłużej.

The shower and toilet were brand new and super clean. Loved having our own washing machine. Both rooms have heating/air-conditioning. Kitchen was well equipped too. Not a far walk from train station. Rooms were great size, clean and futons were comfortable!

Unfortunately we were on the first floor of the apartment, which meant we were subject to the disrespectful guests who were on the floors above us. Children were running around past the designated "quiet hours" (10pm). As we were on the floor below, it was extremely loud. The next day, after a long day of walking around Nagoya, it would have been nice to come back to our apartment and relax in peace. Instead, the children were still running around upstairs and screaming/fighting. The sound of this travelling through to the floor below. Quite disappointing as I'm sure if we were being loud and playing music and keeping their children awake it would have been handled differently. I did contact the owners on the first night, but we were still awoken at 6am to the children running and they still continued to run around and scream in the afternoon. However on the second night (after contacting the owners again about the screaming and running around) they did manage to be respectful of the quiet hours. If you want to stay at this apartment, try and opt for the 2nd or 3rd floor so you do not run the risk of having disrespectful guests being loud and disturbing you from the floors above. If you are on the 1st floor just be aware that it can be extremely loud if the other guests are not mindful of their behaviour. This is NOT the fault of the owners. This easily could have been a 10/10 if it weren't for the unfortunate experience with the other guests. However I think it should be stated that this is a problem that can occur as you cannot control or know who else will be staying at the apartments while you are there.

This was a quirky little stay we planned for 1 night on our way between Tokyo and Osaka so we could visit the Ghibli Park. My daughter wanted to experience a traditional Ryokan and this was the best value place we could find in the area. It wasn’t the closest to the park but the flat was very close to a train station, so it was fine. From the outside, this looked like a normal building but the fittings in the flat were very traditional and looked the part, so this ticked a box for us. Although there were no staff on site when we were there, they were very responsive to messages, so this was fine also.

Although there were instructions left out, there was nothing about the thermostat and turning on the heating and hot water. We figured it out with the help of google translate and pressing buttons, but this would gave been really helpful. Also, if you are a light sleeper, don’t expect a restful nights sleep. You can hear a lot from the other flats and also, due to the traditional nature of the flat, the light cones through the window coverings at sunrise, so you are awoken early.

Le ryokan était bien situé pour aller vers le centre et la gare mais nous sommes déçu de la literie en général et le personnel ne parlait pas un mot anglais c’est toujours compliqué de se faire comprendre.
