Handy location, great little place

Spacious, easy access. Had everything we needed and ideally placed for walking the coastal path.

As others have said, beds not that comfortable.

Great location and house. It could do with a tidy up but was a great experience nevertheless.

Location was good. Shirt drive to talacre beach or Prestatyn, 35 mins from Wrexham etc. Size is good and spacious. Had most everything needed. Left milk, biscuits and tea&coffee as welcome. House very clean.

Beds not comfy. Brambles out of control so difficult to use driveway. No cleaning products Seemed like a lot of pallets and junk least both front and back of house. Recycling information was a little sparse. We noticed the bin van arriving on the Friday by chance and put the recycle bag out but didn’t know what to do with the rest of the waste.

The heating system (I think it is) is a little noisy, and Ruth said the upstairs bed could be more comfortable. But these were very minor points we noted, everything else exceptionally good.

Lovely North Wales Family Home !!

Lovely peaceful area and for what you pay for a nights stay, for a full dormer bungalow including parking and outside rear for dogs it's outstanding !!

Yeah, the decor is a bit aged but again, I'm not paying £500 a night so what would I expect !!

Quite environment.

The house wasn’t cleaned properly, previous tenants hairs was visible on the bed, wet towel in the shower room, “clean” towels on the bedroom floor, beddings seem haven’t been changed, clothes on the stairs, kitchen bin nearly full.

the price is good for how the property is now , decorated in areas and the odd jobs fixed then i think this was be an am

the location of the property was great , was very spacious

a little dated ,mattresses on the beds need replacing , the main bedroom felt empty needed more furniture in it .shower area has mould in areas and the shower curtain has seen better days , no blind in the bathroom window , toilet seat broke …. the back steps going into the rear garden were not ideal , garden could do with a spruce up .

Pleasant

Two bedrooms. Garden enclosed for dogs. Beds clean and comfortable. Tea, coffee and milk supplied on arrival.

It's a pleasant dormer bungalow but it is in need of a deep clean and a DIY handyman to fix all the little things that are broken. There could have been more tea towels (only one supplied) There was no handsoap in the bathroom just anti-bac gel. Everything about the property is tired and with a little attention it could be so much better.

Ideal location for short business stay

Lovely & clean. Kitchen was fairly well equipped with utensils & baking trays etc. Little touches of milk & snacks left for us was appreciated. Easy parking outside. Lovely view from the kitchen window. Lounge was comfortable. Sky tv was a bonus.

I was given the wrong code for the key safe so had to message on arrival. This was quickly resolved. Decor was basic; blinds broken in the downstairs bedroom. No blind in the bathroom for privacy, lid of the toilet seat fell off, dirty toilet brush, black mould round bottom of the shower. No spare toilet roll. Beds were OK but the mattresses would benefit from mattress toppers to make basic mattresses more comfortable.

Decent value but lacking basic cleanliness and ensuring items (lights, clocks) are in working order

Good space, quiet location, well equipped

Large Cobwebs everywhere, shower curtain really dirty, toilet brush was filthy, only one of 3 bulbs worked in the bedroom, light on cooker hood didn’t work, no hand soap anywhere, no clocks were working - all need new batteries. No curtains in upstairs bedroom - only vertical blinds - was bright and woke my daughter too early.

Wenford ups and downs

Quiet setting with sea view at rear. Spacious accommodation. Well equipped kitchen. Lots to see in area.

Rather a tricky steep drive to pull onto so I parked on road. But it is a cul de sac so quiet. Could have done with more instructions on boiler, WiFi and cooker. Quite a lot of steps into garden for a 90 year old! Weather was glorious which made it a bit hot in upstairs bedroom!
