For us it was a perfect location situated in the centre of West Kirby with supermarkets, the beach and plenty of restaurants/cafes within a few minutes walk. Well proportioned rooms with lots of little touches, for example, toys, books and games for the children.
It would benefit from a private parking space but there’s plenty of free parking close by at the moment. It wasn’t a problem for us but all the accommodation is on the first and second floor, so lots of stairs.

We recieved a code for the keybox (easy to find on inside garden wall) via text on the morning of our arrival from the host who responded to any queries quickly. The property was spotlessly clean, decorated very tastefully and facilities were fab. The host had left water, milk,coffee and a bottle of wine which was a lovely touch. The location was perfect, don't think it could be more central and very near the promenade which was great for leisurely walks. The lounge was a big and bright space and enough comfortable seats for all of us (8). The dining table comfortably sat us all as we ate in on the first night. Kitchen was very well equipped along with dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, handwash etc. Plenty of loo rolls were provided along with hand soap in each bathroom. No parking at the property but lots of space on nearby residential road 1 min walk away. There was a layby outside the property so we could unload/load the luggage. I would not hesitate recommending this property!

The location, size, comfort and facilities.
We don’t notice anything that we disliked, however we couldn’t find an iron/ironing board.
