The location, size, comfort and facilities.
We don’t notice anything that we disliked, however we couldn’t find an iron/ironing board.

Excellent location right in the centre of West Kirby. Rooms were clean, light and spacious. Really appreciated being left things such as tea, coffee pods, milk and even a bottle of wine. Xmas tree had also been put up for our stay.
Both bathrooms were en-suite so the only access for those staying in the other two rooms was through the bedrooms. But not an issue for us as just family and there was an additional separate cloakroom.

Very comfortable for all of us. Plenty of space to congregate in the main room and to be able to cook. There were 7 of us. We know the area well and the location is perfect! Close to train station and buses and of course the sea front. Great communication from host. Would look to stay here again with the family!
Everything as detailed so very happy with the property. No complaints at all. Parking might frustrate some people but the host clearly details options. It would be the same wherever you stayed in the area.

From arrival to departure we thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was well presented, exceptionally clean and one of the best locations we have stayed in. The house was comfortable and spacious. The host sent us lots of information prior to arriving which was very helpful.
