Nice place with a couple of issues.

The accomodation was clean and tidy. Shower was nice, lots of hot water. When I requested more crockery someone brought more around. Communication was.pretty good with the rental company.

The house was freezing when we arrived, 8°C. It took 24 hours for the house to warm up to 18° even with the heating left on all night. The radiators clearly needed bleeding as the knocking of the pipes was very evident and disturbing through the night. I.really think someone could have put the heating on before our arrival especially as it was obvious the house had been vacant for a while. There was not enough crockery etc for 7 people staying. We had to ask for more which came later in the day so we were thankful for that. There is only a very small table and just four chairs so it really isn't set up for 7 people. The worst thing was no working light bulb in the stairs light which is a major safety issue when the toilet is downstairs and so anyone needing to use the toilet in the night.had no light. I informed the rental company immediately and yet no light bulb was forth coming My husband swapped the bulb from the downstairs entrance hall in the end which in itself was a safety issue without a step ladder.. 10am check out is pretty early too with no flexibility unless you want to pay extra. I think 11am on a Sunday is reasonable.

Relaxing, quiet, great!

It was modern, clean, very comfortable and a short drive to the city centre with a car. Easy to find. 3 good size rooms, a kitchen with everything you need, excellent size bathroom and lovely shower (love a good shower!). Quiet neighbourhood for a good night’s sleep. The communication with the rental people was first rate - very friendly and prompt to respond. Easy and secure access to the property.

Pleasant accommodation

The accommodation was pleasant, 15 minutes from the Liverpool FC stadium, 20 minutes by Uber to the city center. Apart from the missing toilet paper, which the landlord delivered to us on the first day, and the cracked TV, everything else was ok. Clean and functional. The only complication is the landlord's request for a damage deposit paid in advance by card via an external payment portal outside of Booking.com. I have had bad experiences with similar requests in the past, but in this case it seems to be ok (they are supposed to return my deposit in a few days).

Horrible wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone

The listing on the website wasn’t correct paid deposit of £500 and after we paid the deposit they canceled our trip on the day and still havnt refunded the money for the place and the deposit and is ignoring our phone calls horrible staff and very unprofessional customer service and very rude would genuinely avoid at all costs as this is there way of scamming and if money is not refunded I shall take this matter to court. Stay away from orange rentals.

De ruimte is fijn (3 slaapkamers) en ook de keuken en badkamer zijn prima. Supermarkt en Anfield zijn heerlijk op loopafstand. Einde/begin van de straat heb je ook een bushalte om naar het centrum te gaan!

Geen verduisterende gordijn/lamellen voor de ramen in de slaapkamer waardoor er te veel licht binnenkomt. Dit kunnen ze makkelijk toevoegen voor extra comfort met slapen. Koekenpan is bol en erg dun, bakt daardoor niet echt makkelijk.

Eu gostei de tudo . A casa estava limpa e organizada os colchões eram bom . Bonita decoração , a casa foi recém reformada .

Eu achei ruim que o banheiro era na parte de baixo da casa e os quantos na parte de cima
