The house features a large SMART TV with Netflix and ample space to sit and relax, along with a large corner sofa.
DINING AREAS:
The dining area is well equipped with a 4-seater dining table.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
In the kitchen, there is an burner stove, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, & washer dryer.
BATHROOM:
This property has two modern bathrooms. Shampoo and Shower gel are available on site.
Bathroom 1: Includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink
Bathroom 2: Includes a bathtub, shower, toilet and sink
PARKING:
There is a parking space directly outside the property.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.

This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £500 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £500 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 10 Nights
Additional housekeeping is required for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
*Check-In/Out Policy
