_N_HEAR_ the Ocean

Just Brilliant! We had such a great stay at (N)HEAR the Ocean—honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. We were two friends, so having two bedrooms with our own ensuites was ideal—plenty of space and privacy for both of us. The apartment itself is super clean, modern, and really well laid out, with a nice balcony and everything you need (great WiFi, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds). Location-wise, it’s perfect—just a short walk to the beach, cafés, and restaurants, but still quiet and peaceful at night. Felt very safe and easy the whole time. The host was also fantastic—friendly, responsive, and made everything really smooth. Would 100% stay here again!

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum top. Wir haben uns während der gesamten sechs Wochen sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit wunderschönem Meerblick und dennoch ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Lage in Sea Point ist ideal. Es gab jederzeit stabiles Internet und keinerlei Stromausfälle. Jeder Raum ist klimatisiert, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und stets erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern, einem separaten Duschbereich sowie einem separaten WC. Zusätzlich gibt es ein weiteres Gäste WC direkt im Eingangsbereich. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Zwei Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen zur Verfügung, was insbesondere bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ein großer Vorteil ist. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

no alarm system (although apartment on first floor), only gate and garage door can be closed; recommendation: provide chairs for second balcony (preferably buy deckchairs); make the showers accessible (--> handles to hold onto, antislip e.g. shower mats)
