Great location only 10 minutes from centre of York. Apartment was well equipped and nicely presented.
Main issue was the electric blinds. Some worked but main blind in living area didn’t which was problematic due to the hot weather. Apartment became like a greenhouse which was very uncomfortable. Secure free parking was a bonus but having fob access to enter would be far easier than having to call a mobile number and wait for a response.

Location, spotless modern apartment. Staff very responsive and helpful.
The blind in one of the bedrooms didn't close fully, didn't really affect us as we sleep through anything.

The electric blinds were annoying and difficult to figure out. A simple cable would have been fine/better

Penthouse with balcony location was good with views of York Minster. Good furnishings. The lady who welcomed us was friendly and knowledgeable.
Unfortunately, there were items damaged or missing, eg, dressing table stool was broken, no bedside tables or bedside lamps in master bedroom, electric blind did not go up fully in master, and bottom bar was broken in 2nd bedroom, no shower handles or slip mats in master ensuite, along with a distinct shortage of all kitchen equipment and clean accessible glasses.
