Really nice modern flat with comfy beds and sofa. Visited during a heatwave so was very grateful for the fan in the living room! Within easy walking distance of the town centre and city walls, and there was an Asda & Morrisons within a 5 minute walk to get shopping. I don't often sleep well in hotel beds so was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the bed was :) The flat also had its own wifi and router so no fiddling about with guest wifi and unsecure internet connections.
The shower in the bathroom could do with some work. The shower screen leaked and there was with the marking on the floor it seems there's a regular problem with leakage and dampness. I did see a couple of silverfish scuttling around- I'm not bothered by creepy crawlies but I think others might be.

Flat does not comply with fire regulations for furnished holiday lets. Is on 2nd floor with no lift

Very good situation, could easily walk into the centre. Small Asda close by.
Front facing bedroom plagued by noise from outside, people in the back bedroom had peaceful nights. Shower not great, one towel for three nights is pretty insufficient.

Only 15 minutes walk from city centre. Nice and decent place. Coffee and tea are provided.
Only two rolls of toilet paper supplied for 4 persons for 2 nights.
