Overall, the appartment was clean, comfortable & met our needs.
It was a good 15 to 20 minute walk into town. Also, passed from pillar to post re the £200 security deposit which we're still waiting on almost 2 weeks later. Clear disconnect between Booking.com, property hosts & Zeni. Conflicting info from all & no collaboration ie msgs not passed on, requests for info after providing in addition to the security deposit saga.

Location was fine for us, plus bus stop on corner.
Needs a Little more care & attention to cleaning, 2 of the large plates were chipped & cracked. Also there was a stain on our mattress, which I could see through the sheets, that should be a NO, NO. Maybe you should use mattress covers. Also stains on carpets, in bedrooms. The blinds weren't heavey enough to block light out early mornings. These things are easily rectified & wouldn't stop us coming back we did love it. Such a spacious lovely apartment 😍

Everything in the apartment was very good. There was a miss understanding over damage waver and parking. Parking in Asda carpark cost me £52. Good location 10/15 minutes walk into York.
Parking costs. The security door into the building did not work the door lock was broken

The apartment is nice in general but wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived. The location is fine, which is quite near to the city center.
