Tutto meraviglioso. È presente un portico meraviglioso dove è presente un divano poltrone tavolo per godersi in relax lo spazio esterno. Internamente è presente matrimoniale un letto molto grande (king size) con materasso super comodo bagno fantastico con doccia con cromoterapia. Cucina molto bella funzionale e di design inoltre è presente un divano che può essere anche divano letto matrimoniale. Appartamento per un massimo di 4 persone. Inoltre è possibile utilizzare una bellissima piscina e jacuzzi nel giardino quest’ultima si prenotazione. Presente un solarium con lettini e ombrelloni gratuiti. Parcheggio gratuito e wifi gratuito. Assisi e Perugia a 10 minuti. I Borghi più importanti (Spello Trevi Bevagna Montefalco ) 15 minuti di auto altre destinazioni 30 minuti. Insomma baricentrica all’umbria e facilmente raggiungibile. Luogo ideale per visitare l’Umbria. Primi ristoranti a 800 metri, macelleria, supermarket ,barca 50 metri. Consigliato per tutti
