Location molto bella, immersa nel verde e nella tranquillità, ma vicina a diversi luoghi che vale la pena visitare. Colazione super ! Le torte ancora calde e gli altri prodotti davvero invitanti e golosi. La signora Brunella e il signor Carlo adorabili ! Accoglienti, gentili, disponibili, simpatici al livello massimo! E che dire dei due cagnolini: ci hanno conquistato con la loro tenerezza! È il posto giusto per chi cerca pace e tranquillità.

ottima la posizione, proprietari accoglienti ed attenti , di grande disponibilità. Zona tranquilla, parcheggio interno grande e spazioso. La camera accogliente e confortevole. Colazione ottima , prodotti genuini , varia e in sala con vista panoramica molto bella. Sicuramente da tornarci e da consigliare.
Quello da migliorare sarebbe il bagno della camera , che risulta datato, e suggerirei una pulizia puì attenta del pavimento, presenza di capelli sia in camera che in bagno dei precedenti occupanti. Del resto tutto ottimo.

Bellissimo agriturismo situato sulle colline a una decina di minuti in macchina da Perugia. Ambiente curato e pulito, stanza molto confortevole e spaziosa. Buonissima colazione con dolci preparati in casa dalla proprietaria. Veramente consigliato.
