Perfect place. A great base for exploring Umbria. The apartment is very comfortable, super clean, fresh, in addition cleaned during your stay by the hosts. Beautiful views. The swimming pool is large, perfectly maintained, cleaned daily. The hosts are friendly, helpful, always smiling. Convenient parking, we found the place without any problems. Very good breakfast - a large selection of pastries, croissants, fruits, cheese, ham, salami, water, coffee, tea juice, yogurt and cereal. Very friendly approach to animals. I highly recommend. It was a pity to leave. I highly recommend.

The stay was great. Everyone took great care of us. The pool is absolutely great! Large, well maintained and beautiful. It was very hot every day, so the pool was much needed. Also breakfast was stunning! I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back sometime in the future.

Amazing Gem of a Stay

This property was an absolute gem 💎 Very quiet location, easy parking in-front of the house, very friendly owners and a very warm welcome, the room/apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We had such a nice breakfast prepared for us in the room since it was winter. It was also 15 minutes away from the airport. Perfect

If I could give this place 12 out of 10 stars I would. Beautiful property, extremely friendly and generous hosts, and a cute dog (Fonzie) that warms up to you if you give him a chance.

Staff couldn’t do enough for you, v sincere and breakfasts were amazing as was the pool. It was a real treat for us to have access to a pool which wasn’t overcrowded during school holidays.

We were provided with a futon style bed and a king sized bed for a family of 4. I think this could have been tight if our kids had been older. We were charged 5E/day for air con which it would have been good to know in advance

We liked it very much to have breakfast. The host has put good effort in to make very nice cakes. Two persons of the host family spoke English well and it was very helpful and pleasant to get information from them. The whole family is extremely friendly. We liked the location very much, but it is a bit remote so you need a car. The swimmingpool is super and the appartment has a lovely view .

Fantástico lugar!

The place is fantastic itself, the views are astonishing. The Hosts, they were just amazing, I came late and hungry and they gave me some eggs for me to cook and be able to have a proper dinner. Perfect hospitality. I will go back many times.

Nothing could have been better. Not many times a place rounds perfection like this place and its hosts did. Just an amazing stay and the rest i needed.

Nice cottage on the hill

The location is quite high and have a great view. There is a swimming pool, i think it will be great in the summer. The room is big with 2 rooms, big enough for 6 people. Kitchen is fully equipped, and the shower is new. Overall it's a great stay. The hosts were very friendly.

l'host e la sua famiglia ti fanno sentire davvero a casa, in famiglia. la colazione all'italiana era ottima, soprattutto le mini bombe alla creama e la crostata. la posizione è eccellente, sia per gli spostamenti per andare a visitare le attrazioni turistiche vicine, sia per la vista che si gode dalla struttura. Immersa nel verde, silenziosa con uno splendido affaccio sulla vallata circostante. I cani sono ben accetti ed è vacanza anche per loro. Penso di tornarci presto.

L'unica pecca che mancavano delle zanzariere fisse quelle che c'erano erano inutili in quanto era come non averle ed entrava di tutto avendo un gatto abbiamo dovuto tenere socchiuse le persiane quindi non godendoci il panorama e il gatto era rinchiuso
