Location. parking. Privacy. Enclosed garden.

Kitchen facilities not great no washing cloth/sponge, no tea towels, no oven tray only the grill tray, Underneath sofa and bed was really dusty, cobwebs inside by the front door, hoover wasn't emptied from it's last use. Could do with spending an extra few minutes with the cleanliness around the place

Location was great. The bedroom was amazing. Lovely space in kitchen / lounge

A handrail up the first stairs would be good . The sofa was a bit difficult for those with short legs.

Lack of amenities ! No free/tea facility or compendium to use appliances etc

The location of the property was great, with good onsite parking. Close to pubs/cafes or supermarket for home cooking items.

The fusty smell on entering the property, no handrail on stairs, bed was too big for the room due to the slopping loft ceiling so care had to be taken when getting in/out of bed. Downstairs bathroom. Decor needs some tlc and cleaning needs addressing - pots and cutlery needed washing before use, kitchen floor was dirty, kitchen bin needs cleaning, it was filthy when we took the bag out to dispose of rubbish. Freezer needs defrosting. Guests also need to be made aware of outdoor steps leading to the property. Outdoor area needs tidying.
