Very cozy and ideal location
Toilet/bathroom downstairs, not detailed in cottage description. Limited ‘getting ready’ mirrors and plug sockets.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy two-bedroom cottage in Chipping Norton. The place was warm, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed - from a well-stocked kitchen to a washing machine, which made our stay incredibly convenient.
The location was perfect. It’s just a short walk to cafés, local shops, Sainsbury’s, and the Co-op, making it easy to pick up groceries or enjoy a meal nearby. Since we were travelling by public transport, we really appreciated how close the bus stops were, only about a two-minute walk to catch the S3 Gold bus or the Pullhams coach to Moreton-in-Marsh train station.
We truly loved our stay here. The cottage was so lovely and inviting that we spent plenty of time just staying in and enjoying the space. A perfect home away from home. Highly recommended!
If we had to mention anything, it would be that the toilet is downstairs, but we already knew this from previous reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise. The stairs and upper floor are a bit steep as well, so we chose to leave our luggage on the ground floor for convenience. These were minor points and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Beautifully appointed and very well kept cottage right in the heart of the village but not at all affected by any noise or traffic passing through.
Nothing at all to complain about.

Beautiful decor. Comfy bed.
Would have been nice to use the courtyard especially given its summer, however it wasn’t pleasant. It was unkempt & smelt of cat urine, it was such a shame. The parking is awful. The ‘free parking’ is only free for 12 hours which is no good unless you plan on parking up late & is a good walk from cottage. Nightmare with luggage & food. Parking wardens were very busy slapping fines onto cars which was concerning when cars appeared to have parked legally.

Really nice two bedroom cottage with all the facilities for a short stay. Right in the middle of Chipping Norton yet on a quiet street.
Location excellent for places we like to visit when returning to the Cotswolds.

More convenient parking, but it didn’t spoil the holiday

Absolutely gorgeous, perfect cottage for our trip! Amazing location and immaculate accommodation. Such a well thought out and beautifully presented property. Nothing to fault for us whatsoever. Thank you so much to the team behind it 🥰

Excellent location. Cottage was warm and comfortable.
Downstairs bathrooms are typical for cottages but not what I'd prefer. The stairs were a bit tricky particularly coming down, when the handrail ended.

Nicely decorated. Fire place. Good location. Comfortable.
On street parking could be bit tricky, especially for 2 cars.

Beds and sofa were very comfortable. The proximity to both country-walks and town was perfect.
The host’s communication was fast and efficient but with warmth and I felt welcomed and looked after.
Kitchen equipment was minimal - we like to cook and found the knives blunt and could have done with one decent-sized pot and something to put leftovers in.
For winter stays like ours - some fire irons would be useful.
But these are a teeny gripes as the place was lovely and I expect most guests eat out all the time!

The cottage was just off the Main Street, so the location was quiet but with access to the liveliness. A pub is on the corner too, but the noise was not a bother at all. The house is easy to use, modern and really beautiful. Small, but cozy, and just very comfortable. The heating system is super efficient, the bathroom and kitchen were gorgeous and had everything you need, the bedrooms were cute and comfortable. The view from the main bedroom was beautiful. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating, they have thought of everything you need in the check-in blurb they send, so it was easy to settle in. We cooked one night, and all of the functionalities of the kitchen were perfect. It would be an easy spot to stay for a longer stay too.
Parking around the area could be tricky, but we didn't have any issues in the end.

This property was beautiful. All new appliances and comfy bed and shower. The church ( St a Mary’s) at the bottom of the street is stunning for a walk as are the cottages in the street.
Parking was easy to get in the street. We loved it here. Traditional stone cottage. Would come back! There were 3 of us. Easy to travel around the area.
We would have loved a dryer for our clothes after travelling for days.
