Hitchmans Mews - Stunning 2BD in Chipping Norton!

The location was fantastic. Great to have parking very close to the property. Rooms were all large and well decorated and appointed

We were unable to get the oven to work. There was a very unpleasant smell from the bathroom. Stench of drains was disgusting.Really needs to be sorted. Only thing that let the apartment down.

Location for visiting the area was great. Apartment was large and really lovely. It would happily accommodate 2 couples or a small family with lots of space to spare. The kitchen is well equipped and very modern and all appliances you could need including a washing machine.

The WiFi didn't work despite numerous attempts and also meant there were no tv channels to watch when we came back from dinner etc. The road is very noisy. I hadn't appreciated how busy the road would be.

Bright and airy apartment in a central location. Very well appointed with modern furniture and appliances.

The apartment was very warm inside, requiring the fan on at nighttime, WiFi was limited and slow.

Location Quality of fixtures and fittings Quiet atmosphere

WiFi is truly diabolical. When one is self-employed and ‘on’ 24x7 a minimum standard of WiFi is expected. You must improve it. It is not good enough for the rental fee. We missed a critical appointment because the front door jammed and we couldn’t exit the property. We phoned the agent who was unable to solve the problem. In the end we were told to use an emergency exit button. I am lodging the incident as a formal complaint and expect some degree of compensation.
