Great location, well decorated and nicely laid out. Comfy, warm and all you need to enjoy a night or two away. EV chargers within a 5 min walk with free parking is a bonus.
Not property’s fault - but no decent shop in walking distance Ona Friday night after 9pm!

We stayed in this two-bedroom house for a short break and overall had a pleasant stay.
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful before our arrival, providing clear information and very kindly allowing us to check in a little early as we were already in the area, which was much appreciated.
On arrival, the property looked lovely. The bedding was very clean, the heating was already on so the house felt warm and cosy, and there was a hot, powerful shower. The house is nicely decorated with some really interesting artwork and thoughtful touches throughout. I’m sure the garden would be absolutely lovely in the summer, although the weather wasn’t on our side during our stay.
The house is very well stocked — perhaps a little too well stocked — to the point where it wasn’t always clear what was intended for guests versus personal items.
Parking was a bit tricky and felt like a tight squeeze, especially if you have a larger car. We parked just around the corner instead and had no issues. But I had read previous reviews so I was aware.
Location-wise, it’s great: around a 10-minute walk into Chipping Norton and about a 25-minute drive to The Farmer’s Dog, which was one of the main reasons we chose to stay. We walked to Diddly SFarm but it is on a main road (if you have young children)
The kitchen is on the smaller side and felt a little tight for two adults, so it’s probably better suited to shorter stays rather than longer ones.
Overall, a comfortable and well-located place with welcoming hosts — ideal for a short break.
Not necessarily what we didnt like as the place was very clean,barr some cobwebs in corners, just a few things maybe could do with some maintenance.. a bit tired in some areas. Definitely could do with a few hooks by the door to hang coats but obviously thats not the end of the world. And wouldn't stop us from staying again.

Perfect location for a weekend away and to visit Diddly Squat Farm and Chipping Norton. Comfy beds, own bathroom for each bedroom, everything you could need including great coffee machine and record player. Hosts were amazing and checked in during stay to check all ok.
Location is quite hilly but no issue for us - steps up to high street gave easier access to pubs etc.

Incredibly comfy beds with quality bedding. Lovely thick towels. Excellent showers. Gorgeous views from top bedroom.
Lack of microwave or dishwasher (Kitchen was very well designed and equipped apart from this, despite its size)
