We loved the open space of the unit and close proximity to a grocery and the train station. Quiet area and easy to find. Very comfortable beds with fairly well-stocked kitchen with espresso machine (although no pods are provided).
The lockbox is quite a walk away from the unit which makes a late-night check-in less convenient when arriving by train. There was confusion as to which floor the unit was on (as we were unclear what "mezzanine" meant in this case). Shower faucets were a bit tricky to use which caused some leaking. Air conditioning didn't seem to respond to the thermostat as if it was on a program. Would recommend a soap dish for the hand soap.

Location was great, main kitchen area was spacious
Air conditioning don’t work for the first 2 days as the maintenance team hadn’t changed it over from winter mode to summer - so it was very uncomfortable to sleep in. We had flooding from the shower because the drainage wasn’t working properly.
