Property was in an excellent location, modern, clean with all the amenities you need.
The entrance to the apartment wasn’t very appealing, with a graffiti covered old door and dark staircase. The door to the apartment wasn’t clearly marked so we were unsure to begin with which door was our apartment. The bedroom overlooking the Ramblas was noisy on a night and struggled to sleep.

Location was great , managing staff were very friendly and helpful
As long as you kept the lighting low enough you’d not see the dirty stains on the fabric on the sofas and armchairs. It is a pity that the don’t maintain the condition of the furniture, which is of good quality . It could easily be maintained and will provide employment for additional cleaning staff in the locality AND a better experience for guests using the apartment.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. Flat well equipped, comfortable beds.

We liked the central location and the clean and comfortable apartment.
There was no cutlery, it was probably just an oversight and we bought some disposable.
