Everything was great with the accommodation. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was easy, and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, a very good experience!

We had a problem with the aircon. Initially they tried to give us a fan instead, but given my objections and the very hot weather, they give us a completely different apartment, which was totally amazing and much appreciated.
