Great location, supermarket downstair, walking distance to attractions. Property is nice & tidy, 2 toilets which is convenient.
Only 1 air conditioning in master room, 2 twin rooms with ceiling fans. 1 in living room which is not adequate as flat temperature is always above 25, no matter day or night. Sweating right after shower.

la comodidad y la ubicacion. Quedamos muy satisfechas: El apartamento es muy agradable, esta muy bien pensado; la iluminacion de la habitacion interior, la del area cocina, comedor, salon. Muebles justos y bien pensados. En fin, lo adecuado para encontrarse a gusto y comodo.

L'emplacement est idéal côté moins historique mais très sympa et surtout à 5 min du centre. Grand appartement propre et refait à neuf pour les pièces à vivre
La climatisation qui est bloquée et ne refroidit pas les chambres (cf 3 chambres mais une seule équipée de clim, les autres climatisations sont dans le couloir et le salon).les chambres sont petites pour la taille globale. Manque de lumière naturelle, manque d'équipement dans la cuisine (un dessous de plat peut-être ?). L'appartement est refait mais les salles de bains ont pas mal de carreaux cassés surtout Il y a une odeur d'égout qui remonte d'une des salles de bains... Il fallait laisser l'aération en permanence pour que ce soit acceptable... Et encore.
