The staff at the office were most helpful. They stored our luggage safely until we could check in and they were also very helpful with giving instructions on how to use the web-based , wireless door-unlocking. (Without a smart-phone I'm not sure how the apartment could be accessed)
The views from the balcony were fabulous, overlooking the river and the Eiffel bridge and the location was right in the city centre. The Wifi was very good as was the smart tv.
The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean.
It wasn't clear what type of pods were needed for the coffee machine and we bought the wrong size which we couldn't use. A cafetiere would have been better although the pod type machines seem to be taking over everywhere!

The location
The shower is in disrepair and leaks onto the floor outside of the shower.
Just needs a few touches such as a nice picture in the bathroom and bedrooms as well as leaving a few Nespresso pods and basic tea with sugar.
