Bravissimo El Lleó, bright 4-bedroom apartment

Roomy, clean , quiet ,central location ,good value adequate cups, glasses etc. Good WiFi , Tv washing machine Good Supermarket across the road, excellent coffee shops within 10 metres Did get into property early by 2.30 pm

On third floor with narrow stairs, so difficult getting bike boxes / bikes up and down. Air con only in entrance area, but there was ceiling fans in all other rooms . Very warm when we were there.

Light, spacious, airy.

Would have helped to have an oven tray, oven gloves, drying cloth for dishes

They had a great check in system via the Bravissimo App which made it very convenient for us. Location was good and central. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby

There are a few things we did'nt like: 1. First was although the description indicates there is AIRCONDITIONING, there was only one AC and it was located in the family hall entrance. The rooms only had CEILING FANS. We visited during the summer and so the Rooms got pretty unpleasant during the day, even at night time. We had to keep our bedroom doors open so that the cold from the AC would filter to our rooms. I pity our companion whose room was at the very end of the hallway because his room was always hot. 2. There was no Elevator and the unit is located on the 3rd Floor. Although there was no mention of this in the property description, I think it should be indicated as the unit is on the top most floor. Let the potential clients decide if its worth it or not, especially if somebody in the group has some type of disability. We had a challenging time bringing our luggages up when we checked in and also bringing them down when we checked out. We visited Girona to cycle and we had to carry our bikes up 3 flights of stairs everytime we finished our ride. What made it worst was the stairs were very narrow and it can be quite dangerous to traverse up and down when bringing down your bike. 3. I informed the person handling the unit via the app that there was a light in one of the rooms that was not working. In fact, there were several also in the hallway that were inop. They said they will send someone to replace it but no one ever came. Also, the property details indicated there was a blow dryer, but non was to be found.
