Flateli Barca 11

The Location was very good as was the property.

Entry to the property was from a different street and caused some confusion before we worked it out. The booking details need to be more explicit in relation to this. In addition there is a lift which is very useful. Again no mention in the booking details or how it could be accessed.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pomocny personel z biura w pobliżu.

Mało uchwytów w łazience.

access was difficult both on arrival and subsequently. The floor location given was incorrect but I rang and it was sorted out. I had difficulty on the night of my arrival when my code was deleted by my phone and couldn't get anybody on the phone. I was very lucky that when I went back to the building there were people inside who let me in

The location was situated in the beautiful historic center of Girona. Aesthetically it looked lovely. While the exposed historic stone is pleasant to look at, there was debris from the stone all over the apartment. Also on the stairs, which seemed unclean and unsafe.

Where to begin: The shower was ridiculous! There was no place for any toiletries. The opening in the shower is too wide for this shower as the floor/bathmat were soaked with each shower. And there is not dryer to dry the soggy bathmat. There was a strip of construction tape on the glass. The ONE and only towel hook for bath towels was about to fall out of the wall. The recessed mirrors in the bathroom, with no light over them, made it impossible to apply makeup. Also had to bend to even see in them. There are NO drawers or even shelves in the HUGE open closet. Our clothes were laying out on the bottom. I cannot imagine how this would work for more than 2 people. Also they left us a full dishwasher of DIRTY, stinky dishes. Also, the door handle to outdoors at the bottom of the stairs was barely attached; each time we exited the building we wondered if the handle would come off in our hand.
