Flateli Cundaro 3

The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and was perfect for our family of four. Its location, right in the heart of the old city, was ideal. We enjoyed exploring the charming streets on foot, discovering the local shops, and taking in the beautiful atmosphere of Girona. We highly recommend this property—it offers excellent value for money.

In order to reach the property by car, the GPS directed us through a very narrow street, which made access quite challenging. It was only after navigating this difficult route that we discovered there was an alternative entrance at the back, which was much easier and more convenient to use. It would be helpful if this access point could be highlighted in the property instructions or shared with guests in advance.

Mucha escalera para llegar a la casa y dentro también, no apto para movilidad reducida La climatización, con el calor del verano solo se nota en el salón/comedor, que es donde está el único aire acondicionado. Las dos habitaciones tienen ventilador y hace mucha calor

La calefacción justa en invierno en un apartamento tan grande

La ubicación junto a la catedral y el tamaño del apartamento, las habitaciones y el salón son muy espaciosas. La cocina está bien equipada. La luminosidad en general.

El baño es pequeño para lo espacioso que es el apartamento. Llovió mucho y en uno de los los dormitorios había una especie de gotera junto a la ventana. En el otro dormitorio, el del fondo, el radiador no funcionaba y hacía frío, aunque el resto del apartamento estaba caliente.
