Sleep & Stay- Home with balcony Bonaventura 3

Located right at the centre of old town. Lots of shops and restaurants to choose from. Walkable distance to major touristy sites. Property is modern, very clean and adequate number of kitchen utensils for few nights stay. Ac is working well. Good view from the balcony in the 3rd floor.

Very tight lift, you can only go 1 or 2 at a time especially if you have luggage and buggy, for families with little kids this might be a challenge. There should be a sign on the front door that says "sleep and stay accomodation" otherwise the specific door is very challenging to find, especially if you arrive at night as it blends with the rest of the walls and no adequate lighting in that area. I was not sure with the dryer machine as it was very noisy when we used it, we then decided to stop it incase its broken and we found that our clothes are scalding hot but not dried, I suppose the circulation or vent is broken which is a fire hazard. Probably needs new one? Worth a check.

Modern, clean, well appointed. Central, great location.

As advertised, there is no air con in the bedroom. In the height of summer, this is a problem. To be absolutely fair, i knew this before making my booking. The reality was that it was uncomfortable for sleeping. The staff were super attentive and gave us the fan from their own office, which was very kind.

The property was amazing, loved the design and how clean everything was, the communication was perfect

Nothing, but if I have to say something would be the drying as it was a little loud, but is still suck a convenience to have a washer and dryer available

Encontrar las llaves es algo complicado. No queda claro donde están no como conseguirlas.

El sofá no era cómodo. El radiador de la calefaccion de la habitación no funcionaba y el radiador portatil que hacía de sustituto estaba muy, muy sucio. El apartamento sufre mucho del ruido que se genera en la plaza que hay justo debajo.
