Las puertas y ventanas no encajan bien, hay muchas lamas de contraventanas rotas, esto hace que entre luz desde primera hora de la mañana en los dormitorios y ruido por las noches y una cierta inseguridad por ser una primera planta con terraza de fácil acceso por terceros. El colchón de la habitación principal es muy malo, con una gomaespuma de sobre colchón de unos 6 cm, no lo entendemos.
