Wonderful stay! The house was clean, well stocked, and super convenient to nearby Newport highlights. Host was very communicative and clear about check in and check out. We loved it! Highly recommend.

This house was perfect for an extended weekend stay to visit our cousins in RI for Easter. The home was very welcoming and super clean. The stay included my wife and myself, two children, parents, and our pups. The beds were very comfortable and there was ample room at the kitchen island and dining table to share meals. Location is convenient to downtown Newport and many restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay in a great location.

Perfect location for a ladies weekend getaway. Nice big table to gather around for fellowship and laughs. Had all the accommodations needed.

House was very clean and well maintained. Communication was clear and detailed and host answered questions quickly. We had four adults over 40 years old and having the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen was perfect. The location is awesome to get to Newport quickly for events and to do local events in Middletown and Portsmouth. We enjoyed our time and would definitely book this location again with our family. There was a grill and fire-pit but we did not have the change to use it. Definitely would recommend this house!
