The house is on the 2nd and 3rd floors. Each room has an ac unit. The bedding was soft and pillows are down. The kitchen has almost everything you need. She even provided a cooler we were able to use sailing this week. The location is central to everything and is pedestrian friendly. The decor is stunning. It’s very coastal and tasteful. I hesitate to rant and rave on this property for fear it becomes too popular. We loved it.

Thank you for making my friends Newport stay extra special - only wish I could have joined them...but I tried. Appreciate the towels so they did not need to bring. I will keep you in mind on my next visit - after hurricane season - to Newport.
