Stayed here with 5 others for a wedding in Newport. Home is well curated, had many amenities and well air conditioned. Was easy enough to get Ubers to the house and to Newport proper. There were beach chairs in the backyard we used. WiFi was OK, little weak when multiple devices were being used. Recommend here over hotels at a fraction of the price.

The home was beautiful. So very comfortable. The yard and patio was such a bonus!

Overall Ok, but we could not get the lockbox to open upon arrival. Fortunately the owner was available by phone and walked us through its quirks and we finally did get it open and were able to enter the house. The house has many good features but the TV didn't work when we arrived, the grill wouldn't light and the oven was filthy. The owner took care of these after three visits. By day 2 it was fine, but at $600/night it should have been ready from day one.
