About this apartment rental
This residence is located on the second floor of a building that is situated on historic Thames Street. Spanning the width of the entire floor, this space includes a large, open living area with modern kitchen, living room, and several seating areas including a dining table for four, desk/workspace, reading nook and day bed for lounging. The three bedrooms flank the living space and each has an en-suite bathroom.***Cancellation Policy***Guest who cancels more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund less a processing fee of 10% of their total deposit or a charge of $250.00, whichever is the lesser amount. No refunds will be issued to Guest who cancels within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date. No refunds will be issued for early departures or no shows. Date changes will not be permitted within 30 days of Guests stay.

To complete a booking, Guest is required to receive text messaging. Once a booking is submitted, Guest will receive a text message to finalize. A copy of a valid government issued photo ID and a detailed listing of the full names of all other occupants/guests staying in the unit must be submitted. Guests reservation will be cancelled and not refunded if this form is not completed at least 30 days prior to arrival.

Great Location. The property was so clean, super spacious and all amenities were outstanding. Some of the on staff people that we met were so helpful and accommodating. We will absolutely be back.

Space is beautiful, lots of room and as described. Street noise is awful. Space is above a public parking lot, with people coming and going until 2am. You can hear car alarms and conversations. Most people are loud at 2am. lolLocation is in the heart of town. Your parking space may or may not be available.
