About this house rental

Plenty of space for extended family! Walk to the beach. Located between 1st and 2nd beach. 5-10 minute walk. Huge beach house. Sleeps 12. 1 king bed, 3 queen beds, 2 full, one queen sofa pullout. Two kitchens!!! all new quartz countertops. 2.5 bath. Large back yard. Walkout deck with grille. Family neighborhood. Can accommodate larger parties with additional house adjacent to the property. No parking on the street or on the lawn.

Overall we had a great stay. Although it didn’t affect our stay, some suggestions would be to have power bars in the rooms so we could plug in lamps and such. There was a musty smell still, but it was fine. Communication was great, it held all of us perfectly and it was close to the restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!!

Overall, I felt like we were catfished by the photos of this property. These photos must have been taken years ago as rugs were missing, the couches were extremely worn, bathrooms not very clean. The basement was extremely musty smelling and felt dirty. Very limited number of towels and the ones they had were clearly very worn. The outdoor trash bins were completely full when we got there and smelled horrible. It was a good location and fine enough for our stay since we were not primarily at the property during the day, but I would not stay here again or recommend this property.
