Beautiful summer cottage located in Portsmouth, 1 mile from Sandy Point Beach, Newport Vineyards, Green Valley golf course and the Newport Polo fields. Only 5 miles (10 minute drive) to downtown Newport. Easy access to Uber and Lyft. Home has central AC. With a finished basement and private backyard, this is the ideal home away from home for families, bachelorette parties, couples or singles. Extended stays available upon request.

We went to the Newport area for a girls trip and this property was perfect! We all slept comfortably and enjoyed the outdoor patio and showers. It was such a treat after a beach day. I would highly recommend this property for your next stay near Newport.

Jon’s house was perfect for our bachelorette weekend. Clean, plenty of space, and a great location to downtown Newport. Jon was responsive to messages when we were there. Check-in was easy and fast. Would stay here again!

Cute place unfortunately the listing was not accurate. The beds downstairs are blow up mattresses they are not beds. We also had to do sheets, towels, etc when we left which I feel the guests should not have to take care of.
