Entry was extremely easy and parking options were explained properly. Location was amazing: close to restaurants, shops, grocery stores. The climate control in the room was excellent and we loved being able to make simple meals in the room.
We used both the bed and the fold-out couch to sleep on and both were pretty hard, not very comfortable. The bathroom could do with some kind of rack (freestanding or otherwise) to hang towels on; even just a hand-towel rack would have been nice.

The location was excellent.
We were located on the first floor and could hear everyone come in and out of the building. The automatic door key was very loud.

Great location.
We stayed for 7 nights and did not receive housekeeping once, which was very disappointing. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen different accommodation. The internet was also extremely slow—streaming a Netflix movie was impossible. The cutlery and crockery were all mismatched, and when we opened a bottle of wine, we realized there were no wine glasses provided. After requesting them, we were given champagne glasses instead. Small details like these may seem minor, but they have a big impact on the overall quality of a stay.

The location is great and the house is in a good condition. The announcement is a bit misleading, as we believed there will be some kind of a common area for all the guests -- and there was none. "Entire Victorian Home" was just one room and no common space / home.
When we arrived there was no internet and the host did not respond. We spent a lot of money on roaming not to miss online appointments. When we woke up the next morning -- there was no hot water either. The caretakers fixed this by the evening, but our kind request for a compensation was left unanswered. This is the most impersonal place, which leaves you unsure of the most basic amenities -- I would not stay here again.
