“Rosie’s Vineyard” Brand new luxury construction home in Middletown. Steps away from Newport Vineyard and minutes away from Second Beach and downtown Newport. The home features a living room with a gas fireplace, kitchen island with seating for up to 5 people, and SONOS sound system throughout the first floor. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and two full baths with double vanity with marble counters. The primary suite features a large closet and full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

A really beautiful home to rent in the Middletown/Newport area. The house was immaculately clean and one of the most well-stocked rentals I have ever experienced. Such a comfortable stay! Would highly recommend.

what a beautiful home with all the amenities we could need. House was so clean and guest ready. The yard was so unexpected and spectacular - we want to come back during a warmer month to enjoy your fabulous outdoor space. Newport tap room and winery were so close- -next visit we want to get there.
