Phil's beautifull 4-person accommodation in the heart of Eindhoven, near vibrant Strijp-S! Ideal for a family getaway or a trip with friends. Our child-friendly home offers all you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Relax in the sleek white bathroom after a day of exploring the city, and enjoy the convenience of a separate toilet. Plus, unwind in our charming garden, a rare find in Eindhoven's bustling city center.
24/7 host
There is no reception at the self-service apartments. There is only security.
Guests book and pay online in advance and you contact the host in advance about personal access. Of course we are available 24/7 for emergencies and of course we make time to answer all your questions. All questions are welcome.
- Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:30 PM
- Emergency number for emergencies
- Host speaks English, which is useful for everyone!
- Not a hotel, but self-service accommodations. Completely contemporary! with fantastic (delivery) restaurants in the street for breakfast, lunch and dinner and even a supermarket that delivers if you want called Flink
!!City tax (tourism tax) required by this local government!!, payment request sent after booking due to variables.
House Rental Agreement will be provided along with the arrival form that needs to be signed prior to check in.

- Tourist tax will be charged separately and must be paid before check-in.
- And for a long stay, a mandatory weekly cleaning might be done
- Communication in english
