Living Room: Spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a sofa bed and TV
Additional amenities: Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer
Views: View of a peaceful neighborhood area, with plenty of natural light
Location:
Just a few minutes from the main metro and bus stations
Supermarkets, stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby for your convenience
A 10-minute walk to major tourist attractions like Sagrada Familia and Park Guell
Additional Options:
Parking space available in the same building for 200€/month for long stays.
Can be rented for short periods at 30€/day.

First payment: 30% of the total to confirm the reservation (we do not accept American Express cards).

Travel crib: Available for 20 EUR/day, upon request and subject to availability.
Late check-in: After 20:00h, a 50€ late check-in fee will apply.
Tourist tax: The current tourist tax in Barcelona applies.

No smoking: Smoking inside the apartment will result in a 400€ fine.
No parties: If a complaint is received or the police intervene, a 400€ fine will apply.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The location couldn't be better, just steps away from the Sagrada Familia. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
