Apartment Sagrada Familia- Rossello by Interhome

Great location, very near to the Sagrada Familia and subway stations. Great space, good size and nice, safe neighbourhood.

Staff were reasonably friendly. The pillows were sparse, and the cutlery could have been cleaned better. Some noise next door of the neighbours was heard through thin walls.

La ubicación es excelente a 3 cuadras de la Sagrada Familia, de fail acceso y con ascensor, era bastante espaciosa en general, me resulto raro que el cuarto de lavado sea tan grande, aun mas que las habitaciones, pero una apreciación personal, el baño era pequeño pero funcional

las habitaciones un poco pequeñas con camas improvisadas (en vez de cama matrimónial eran 2 individuales juntas), y la segunda habitación separada por una pared improvisada de durlock pero funcionales

The location was very convenient and despite it being close to Sagrada Família it did not feel like we were in a touristy area. It had enough space for 4 people and the contact Natalia was available 24/7 which was very convenient. Towels, shower and body wash supplies and bed linens were available.

For the price we paid, we were not impressed with the quality of the place and some of the amenities. For reference, we paid around 1400 CAD for 3 nights, while our previous hotel outside of Barcelona was around 900 CAD for 5 nights for a group of 4 (this cheaper hotel was PRISTINE!, super clean and great amenities). We understand that Barcelona is a popular city and this is a central location however it is not unreasonable to expect a very clean and well stocked place at this price. There was mold in the water kettle and around the bathroom. We were told there were nespresso pods but couldn’t find any. Only one washing machine pod was available. These are small things that should be restocked prior to each guest, especially when we are told that they would be available to us. The worst part of our stay was the cockroach that we found. When we messaged about these concerns, I didn’t get a response. We will most likely not be staying here again.
