Die Art in einem ehemaligen Fabrikgebäude, Ausstattung und super Kontakt zur Vermieterin.
Es liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber dafür ruhig und mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und fußläufig alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.
