Loft d'exception, porte de Paris

Struttura è leggermente fuori il centro storico di Parigi ma con la metro a meno di 5 minuti a piedi. La zona è tranquilla. La struttura è pulita e accogliente, soprattutto la proprietaria è disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza.

We didn't like that as we were staying there during the heatwave that more fans an an AC unit wasn't installed in the property. The property was constantly more than 35 degrees internally.

Es liegt nicht ganz zentral, aber dafür ruhig und mit Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichbar und fußläufig alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs.

A very large and modernised apartment with chefs kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and gated courtyard parking which is amazing for our large SUV with roof box. Two bathrooms and 2 toilets. 10mins walk to Metro 7 line. Very convienent. Outside summer season this place would be absolutely incredible. The host and hostess were very receptive and easy to get hold of instantly. The apartment size is probably rare for Paris

Writing this honest review so others can benefit with this knowledge that we did not have when booking. The place is on 4th floor with no lifts. We knew that but did not know that it lies directly under the tin roof of a former warehouse and with glass walls on either side the property turns into a literal greenhouse. It is hotter inside than outside! During 37degC heatwave for 10days we were miserable. No aircon other than fans. 2/3 bedrooms had no window and were suffocatingly hot such that we had to sleep on the mattresses on the floor and take turns in the main bedroom where the open window allowed air flow. For first 4 days of our stay there was no functioning freezer so no way to have ice cold drinks to cool down whilst sitting in 40degC apartment. Beacause the freezer had frozen over the fridge did not function properly We were advised to leave the freezer door open to melt the ice overnight which unsurprisingly did not work. On day 4 the owner had to come with hammer and chisel to break the ice before we could use it. This should have been done before our arrival given the length of stay. Very disappointed that the necessities were not checked before our arrival- fridge-freezer, main toilet not operational until several days after our arrival. We had to book alternate accommodation with aircon for a week just to cope. It was not cheap. Outside of heatwave the place is very enjoyable.
