Emplacement idéal! A quelques minutes du centre animé et agréable de Monopoli. Pour le parking, oubliez le soi-disant "parking facile dans la rue" c'est impossible mais la gare est à 8-9 minutes max à pied et dispose d'un grand parking gratuit, c'est super facile. Chouette terrasse sur le toit. Dans l'ensemble, très bien, propre, et pour nous la situation était le plus important, et c'était réussi. Anna est également très réactive.
Niveau intimité, moyen: la cloison entre les deux chambres est largement ouverte pour laisser passer la climatisation... et il faut également traverser une des chambres pour accéder à la terrasse, mais c'est un détail. Nous avions l'appartement du dessus, donc accès à la terrasse sur le toit, où nous avons pu prendre nos petits déjeuner et nos apéros. La cuisine est partagée, ceci n'est pas du tout un soucis, mais il n'y a qu'une seule petite table, donc on était contentes de profiter de notre terrasse pour les repas.

L'emplacement et l'espace
Les deux chambres ont un trou pour faire passer un chauffage commun, elles ne sont donc pas isolées. Pas de wifi Pas de lampes de chevet Très bruyant Pas de thé Prix pas du tout adapté pour un espace commun partagé
