We jad a very pleasent stay at this place, and the owner was very responsibe and helpfull and most importantly responds very fast. The place is clean and descent, and is located very near a bus stop. We got the breakfast which we had every morning was just across the street and wqs simple but delicious, a morning cofee and a 🥐. All in all it was a good family stay, helpfull staff and owner!

It was clean, we came late so we didn’t spend too much time inside. It was ok. It is a room in the apartment.
We couldn’t find any glasses or water in the kitchen (we were told that there is filtered water).

Room was super comfortable, the balcony was a great plus. Clean sheets and towels whenever needed
The sensor on the lights was a bit annoying and I wish there was a kettle :)

Poor issue management. The cold water was stopped for most of our stay after one hose broke. The owner stopped the water instead of fixing the issue. I think she expected me to tell her that the water is stopped in the whole apartment but this is not normal. If you stop the water, you should know what you are stopping, not guessing. After several messages, a new room was offered at the end of our stay, but that was not a solution for this significant inconvenience, with the check-out a few hours away. I kindly asked for a partial refund but she said no and that ‘things happen’.
