Quarto limpo e confortável. Ótimo café da manhã. Funcionários gentis e prestativos.

Nem sempre os funcionários estavam na pousada. A noite não tinha ninguém.

Struttura molto carina situata a circa 3 km da Ostuni centro ( indispensabile prendere l’auto per andarlo a visitare). Parcheggio ampio gratuito Noi abbiamo alloggiato nel trullo con jacuzzi. Molto affascinante e dettagliato nel suo interno. Asciugamani e biancheria profumatissimi. Bellissima esperienza nel suo insieme. Piscina pulita e rilassante, vasta area con lettini ed ombrelloni. Purtroppo però appena fuori dai trulli vi è un area bambini un po’ malmessa con erba sintetica e gonfiabili “ammassati e sgonfi” che rovinano un po’ l’atmosfera magica della struttura. Colazione abbastanza varia con dolce e salato. Uova fatte al momento molto apprezzate. Staff gentile e cordiale Consiglio la struttura in particolare il trucco con jacuzzi

Area bambini un po’ da migliorare anche solo per non rovinare la vista degli adulti che alloggiano nei trulli

The room was beautiful and romantic as in pictures; we booked the one with the hot tub in it. Very clean.

My husband and I came here for our anniversary and luckily our stay was very short. 1. We got there on a weekend and once arrived we found out that on weekends outside people are able to come in with a day pass..therefore the pool was absolutely crowded with adults but mostly with kids splashing water everywhere (nothing against kids but there are two pools, one of which is dedicated for them) - not very romantic, if we knew about the day pass we could have just saved up the money spent for the room and enjoy the pool as everyone else. 2. The A/C was not working. We tried everything and spent about 30 minutes trying to fix it, air just wouldn’t come out. 3. On Monday there wasn’t a chef at the restaurant so they only had salads and sandwiches to offer. 4. The WI-FI!! My husband is American so at the time he didn’t have an Italian SIM card, he also works from his phone/laptop. Since the Wi-Fi was not working, he was not able to keep up with his job whatsoever. There is also no service in the trulli so even with my hotspot internet wouldn’t work. Wi-Fi was extremely important for us as I believe it is for everyone else and when we confronted the owner about it he just apologized and said it’s been off for a few days. We would have appreciated much more if he mentioned that to us prior to our stay. 5. One of the biggest reasons why we decided to book this place is for their gym as advertised on bookings. It’s not a real gym, no real weights and no A/C either. It seemed more like a storage room with a treadmill and a bench. We still appreciate the effort :’) 6. PLEASE READ THIS‼️ The room we booked had a weird sensor facing the bed. It wasn’t hidden but had zero purpose at all, it was covered by some tape which raised concern as well. but why not remove it then? It probably was nothing but could it have been a camera? Who knows.
