Simply relax and enjoy the day with family or friends. You can do just that in our cozy two-unit vacation home! Each half of the house offers approximately 95 square meters of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and an outdoor grill.

Just leave your daily routine behind and relax on the fine-sand beach, then explore the island on the beautiful bike paths or go horseback riding in the surrounding area. The vacation home is located on the quiet outskirts of Bannemin, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, and is the ideal place to unwind on vacation. The two halves of the house—each with 3 bedrooms, a cozy living/dining area, a private terrace, and a grill—invite you to linger.

This vacation home is ideal for families with children, but also for two or three couples. The first floor features the kitchen and living area with an adjoining bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor features two bedrooms and another bathroom. All rooms are equipped with double beds and TVs. From the living room, you can access the spacious terrace and private barbecue area. A carport is also available for your car. You can park your own bicycles under the carport or store them in the utility room.
The kilometer-long sandy beach is conveniently accessible by car, bus, or bike—it’s about 3 km away. The vacation home is directly connected to the Usedom bike paths. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a restaurant, a horse farm, a butterfly farm, “Das Haus auf dem Kopf,” and much more. We’re happy to assist you with additional excursion ideas and information. If both halves of the house are rented, a maximum of 12 people are permitted.

The initial supply of bed linens and towels is not included in the total price. If needed, these can be booked as an add-on for a fee.
Pets are not allowed.



FH 18:

The 95-square-meter vacation home is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The first floor features the living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette including a dishwasher and a ceramic cooktop with oven, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, and a bedroom (double bed).
The upper level features two additional bedrooms (double beds) and another bathroom with a shower and toilet.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.
A patio and a barbecue area adjoin the living room.
There is a parking space (carport) for your car directly on the property.
A washing machine is available for your use in the utility room.
A crib and high chair are available upon request.
An initial set of bed linens and towels can be rented from the key manager for a fee.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
