Simply relax with family or friends to enjoy the day. You can relax in our comfortable double-House! Per house you are about 95 square meters with 3 sleeping rooms, two bathrooms, terrace and barbecue available. Just leave your worries behind and relax on the sandy beach and explore the island on the beautiful bike paths or horse riding in the area. The house is located on the quiet outskirts of Bannemin between Baltic Sea and backwaters and is the ideal place for rest on holiday. The house with 3 bedrooms, comfortable living / dining area, private terrace and barbecue invite you to linger. This cottage is ideal for families with children, but also for two or three couples. On the ground floor are the kitchen and the living area with adjoining bedroom and a bathroom. The upper floor offers two bedrooms and another bathroom. All rooms are equipped with double beds and TV. From the living room you reach the spacious terrace and its own barbecue. A carport is available for your car available. The kilometer-long sandy beach is easily accessible by car, bus or bike in about 3km distance. The house is directly connected to the Usedom bike paths. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant, a riding stable, a butterfly farm, "The House on the head" and much more. For more destinations and information, we are happy to help. When renting both halves of the house, a maximum of 12 persons are possible.

FH 16:
The 95 sqm holiday home is spread over 2 levels and is suitable for up to 6 people. The ground floor are the living / dining area with a full kitchenette with dishwasher and electric stove, bathroom with shower and toilet and a bedroom (double bed) .The floor houses two more bedrooms (double bed) and another bathroom with shower / WC. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. Internet Wi-Fi is available free of charge. A terrace and a barbecue area adjoin the living room. For your car is a parking area (carport) directly on the property). In the economic area you have a washing machine for use. A cot and highchair can be provided upon request. The initial bed linen and towels can be rented from the key managers for a fee of € 10.00 per person.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 20:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
